Background color of dock changes when increasing the radius of the dock

I have 2 docks on my screen. One for my apps on the bottom, and one on the top for my widgets. Normally, the dock colors should be red since that is the panel color on my system. However, I cannot figure out how to change the radius while preserving my red background. Is there some way to fix this?

For reference, I am on Arch, Kernel version 5.10 with KDE Plasma 5.21.4

Edit:

After playing around with my color profile, I guess it is using the Window Background color when I turn up the radius setting. This wont work because my window background is not the color I want for my docks. Is there some way I can maybe override the color?
