Latte Dock Mouse Scroll Behaviour Broken After Update

The latest version of Latte Dock (v0.10.0-1) ignores the selected "Mouse Scroll Behavior" and instead it defaults to launch an application which is an annoying behavior, as an accidental mouse scroll causes random programs to be launched.

This only happened after I updated to the latest latte dock. Maybe it's a config issue?

Using: Arch Linux 5.13.8-arch1-1 Plasma 5.22.4 Using Xorg
