AllScreens option and syncing docks and panels

NOTE: the working branch will be rebased regularly so you will need to redownload it in the future in order to work correctly.
Issues:

provide options for AllScreens and AllSecondary ScreensGroups -
create clones automatically in the best manner based on the ScreenGroup that a dock or panel is set -
sync all applets between the original dock or panel with its clones -
make clones to update properly its settings such as location, appearance, indicator etc based on the original dock panel -
inform and update clones when an applet is added from user -
inform and update clones when an applet is removed from user -
inform and update clones when an applet changes position -
inform clones for LockedParabolicEffect and DisabledColoring per applet bases -
inform clones for which applets have get into state scheduledDestruction -
check out systrays behavior when dragndropped from the user are not synced -
hide clones when original view is tagged as destroyed -
inform clones for latte tasks launchers when the user uses UniqueLaunchersGroup
