AllScreens option and syncing docks and panels

NOTE: the working branch will be rebased regularly so you will need to redownload it in the future in order to work correctly.

Issues:

• provide options for AllScreens and AllSecondary ScreensGroups
• create clones automatically in the best manner based on the ScreenGroup that a dock or panel is set
• sync all applets between the original dock or panel with its clones
• make clones to update properly its settings such as location, appearance, indicator etc based on the original dock panel
• inform and update clones when an applet is added from user
• inform and update clones when an applet is removed from user
• inform and update clones when an applet changes position
• inform clones for LockedParabolicEffect and DisabledColoring per applet bases
• inform clones for which applets have get into state scheduledDestruction
• check out systrays behavior when dragndropped from the user are not synced
• hide clones when original view is tagged as destroyed
• inform clones for latte tasks launchers when the user uses UniqueLaunchersGroup
