KF5::WaylandServer has been merged into KWin and doesn't exist anymore
in KF6.

Actually porting those tests would be much preferred of course, but as
this is now the last blocker on the way to get plasma-workspace covered
by the Qt6 CI it seems like an acceptable shortcut.
