While unlikely to be problematic here, silence warning and rather be
safe.

This is just clutter, the constructor is called anyway.

Summary:
Configuration change requests by clients while the Wayland server is
processing a change lead to a failing assert in blockSignals().

Instead in such a situation remember the latest configuration change request
and apply it after the current change has been processed.

Test Plan:
Auto test exposing the problem. Also manually with my output color correction
code.

This patch allows the rotation of an output to be set from kscreen-doctor.

The syntax is
kscreen-doctor output.HDMI-2.rotation.left

Nested classes inherit the visibility, so need to explicitly opt out again

Since Qt 5.6.3/5.7.1 qdbusxml2cpp favours as name for signals argument
annotations the name "org.qtproject.QtDBus.QtTypeName.Out*", matching
the "out" direction nature of the arguments.
".In*" is still supported for backward compat, but with a warning.
