AppletPopup: Take focus

PlasmaShell defaults to panel takes no focus but we want applet popups to get activated on show.

Needs layer-shell-qt!82 (merged)

Set focus stealing to xtreme™, clicked Kickoff, got focus and I could type. Likewise for systray and other plasmoid popups, including on the desktop.
