declarative/plasmacomponents: make focused TabButton less linky
A ToolButton's visualFocus state looks to much like a link, with both accent-colored text and an underline. This is a bit unfortunate, especially now that we show this state more often (rather than having focus often be invisible on this component even when interacting with the keyboard).
Instead, remove the text color change, and just set the underline. It's generally visible enough this way.

Note that either version should generally show only when the user interacts with the tab bar using a keyboard, and not with a pointer (but I can't 100% rule it out in some bizarre circumstances).
I've been using this version for about a week and haven't noticed any visibility issues. It's not the best thing ever if the tab bar's colored strip is at the bottom (as in the screenshot above), but it works and the existing one isn't exactly great either.
