Request for button-pressed (virtual keyboard) sound

we're working with a hardware vendor who is aiming to ship a kde neon provided plasma-mobile for their amd64 tablet. they would like to have an optional available sound for button pressed on the virtual keyboard. previously maliit-keyboard shipped an audio file for this but it was removed due to licensing issues and not replaced. plasma-mobile has a virtual keyboard config where audio can be enable

the upstream maintainer would prefer a sound-theme specific solution rather than audio bundled in maliit-keyboard again. the sound-theme specdoes not specify one in the spec but we could add it as an application sound .. attempting to add it to the existing spec is a further option.

ubuntu-sound-theme does have a button-pressed sound in their theme
