configwindow: Sort kcms alphabetically, and remove carveout for info kcm

Currently the KCMs are not sorted, and their order can change between sessions. Sort it alphabetically, and also remove the carveout for the desktop info KCM, which we can introduce a new kcm for bigscreen in the future.
