Apply autoplay prevention evasion also for Video tags
They are typically added to the DOM (a video the user can't see isn't very useful), but in case the website just renders the video offscreen into a texture, our brief DOM dance will still cause trouble.

- Spotify, which is the only page I know that uses video for audio playback is a bit unstable today (but also without p-b-i) but seems to have no effect
- Twitter, which is usually somewhat picky about video playback, behaves the same as before!
