Some of us at the KDE Visual Design Group were discussing just
now about the single-click vs double-click thing (again), and
Eike Hein came up with the idea to rephrase the option entirely
to focus on its behaviour only intentionally affecting folder views.

This MR changes the labels of General Behaviour to reflect that idea.
