[Application Style] Add GTK Application Style Page · 268c5ced
      Mikhail Zolotukhin authored
      Summary:
The GTK KCM is now moved to Application Style KCM as a sub page. The
functionality is identical to the one, found in GTK KCM, as well for the
      bugs :)

The page is only accessible, if the `gtkconfig` kded module is loaded,
because only with the module the configuration can be changed.

      Depends on D26261

      Test Plan:
      # Apply D26261
      # **Restart kded5**
      # Open System Settings, go to Application Style KCM
      # The button for GTK Configuration should be present
      # Go to Startup and Shutdown > Background Services, disable `Plasma GTKd` {F7877157}
      # Return to the App Style KCM, the button should disappear
      # Return to the Kded KCM and enable `Plasma GTKd` back
      # Return to the App Style KCM - button is present now
      # Go to subpage
      # Happy (I hope) testing!

[Style KCM] Port to new design · 4fcc01d5
      Kai Uwe Broulik authored
This ports the widget style KCM to use a grid view KCM with live preview thumbnails and inline configure button.

      * Icon and tool bar settings have been moved into a popup, similar to Icons KCM, to leave more room for the rather large thumbnails
      * Overall cleanup of unused/defunct features and modernized codebase
      * Support for non-Linux is dropped, i.e. it assumes "Breeze" as the default, no "native" (e.g. Mac or Windows style) as we want
our apps to follow whatever other platform they run in, rather than offering this KCM there

[kcm-colors] Export colorscheme to GTK color definitions · 2de7c944
Janet Blackquill authored and Nate Graham's avatar Nate Graham committed
      Summary:
This exports the active colorscheme to ~/.config/gtk-3.0/colors.css and sets up ~/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css to read from it.
This will do nothing visibly without changes to Breeze GTK made in D22877

      FEATURE: 356006
      FIXED-IN: 5.17.0

Test Plan: See that ~/.config/gtk-3.0/colors.css is created, colorscheme is dumped correctly, and that gtk.css links to it.
