kcms/tablet: Allow customizing the input area of a tablet
You sometimes want to be able to only use part of your tablet, e.g. it's huge and uncomfortable to move a stylus across the whole of it's surface.
This adds the ability to move and resize the input area to any arbitrary rectangle.
