applets/taskmanager: Don't undesirably rotate group dialog items

On vertical panels, the "reversed ordering" feature is implemented by rotating the main item, and then un-rotating children as needed.

The group dialog doesn't get un-rotated like this, so its items end up rotated 180°. Correct that here.
