Add a "suspend to disk"/"hibernate" button to the SDDM theme

Hi all,

currently, our SDDM there does include a "suspend to ram" button, but no "suspend to disk" one. Consequently, it's not possible to suspend to disk without a user being logged in and requesting it. Actually, it was quite trivial to add the missing functionality. With this small change, one can suspend to disk directly from the SDDM login screen.

Please consider adding this!
