kcms/access: improve clarity of colorblindness page UI

Improve the page's UI in a couple ways:

  • Add some introductory text explaining what it is and why you'd use it
  • Also explain the preview a bit more clearly
  • Use more user-friendly terms for the filter options
  • Move the preview labels so they fit into a top-to-bottom reading order
