applets/taskmanager: allow some tooltip labels to be multi-line
Some of these labels look a bit silly when they're limited to a single line, being elided when they could easily wrap onto a second line if needed. Let them wrap.

The extra space horizontal space at the end of the System Settings tooltip isn't idea, but I wasn't able to find a way to remove it.
