applets/kicker: highlight newly installed apps

Kickoff has a feature to highlight newly installed apps (and categories that contain them), but this was not implemented yet for kicker(dash).

This change implements it for both kicker and kickerdash, based on the existing implementation in kickoff. It was not implemented for entries in kicker's favorites sidebar, as it seems unnecessary there.

Requires plasma-workspace!6480 (merged) or Plasma crashes whenever you launch something.
