[kcm/automout] Simplify KCM options
Simplify the KCM automount, by moving the global options in the device list itself, since those are tightly coupled: if you enable auto-mounting for all devices you no longer need to select each one individually.
It allows to give the device list view a more prominent place at the top, and remove the frames around it.
