Do not show virtual keyboard by default for a number of things
This ensures we don't set default focus if a virtual keyboard would show for the following things:
- Search field in kicker
- Spinbox on the panel editor
- Search field in the widget explorer
Similar to systemsettings!87 (merged) I'd want to backport this to 5.24 by adding the extra check for Kirigami.InputMethod on the 5.24 branch only.
