Revert "Allows kickoff to be set to a smaller size"

This reverts commit 1501fa32.

KickoffGridView and the whole full representation were not designed to
be used at such minimal width. If Kickoff should be allowed to use a
smaller size, KickoffGridView, SectionView and the footer also need
further refinement. Meanwhile the original MR does not seem to use a
right way (set minimum row/column number) to implement smaller size.
