  • Add Esperanto layout

Reason for the change

There wasn't an Esperanto layout, and I believe there should be. This allows typing in Esperanto without having to use x-system or h-system.

Test plan

I did not add any autotests.

I have tested it on my own phone running PostmarketOS edge and Plasma Mobile 6.6.5 and have confirmed that the new diacritic characters work properly.
