[taskswitcher] Clarify when and when to not do KWin minimize/maximize animation
Currently when both opening the task switcher, and switching to an app, KWin plays the minimize/maximize animation, which is unnecessary and looks strange, since the animation is already handled by the task switcher.
Find a way to toggle hide and show windows without triggering a full minimize/maximize animation in KWin.
