[taskswitcher] App preview is incorrect for a split second after opening switcher if the app is not the most recently used (sort order)

If you switch to an app that is not the most recently used, and then open the task switcher, for a split second you see the wrong app (the one that was most recently used). This is presumably because we open the task switcher to the last task, which has not been sorted in time when the task switcher opens.
