[widgets/notifications] Akonadi Migration Agent "PIM Maintenance (Finished)" Notification Cannot Be Removed

Every time my phone boots, Akonadi runs PIM maintenance. When complete, it alerts that it has finished with a notification. If I don't manually hit the close button on the notification popup, it persists in the notification pull-down and cannot be swiped away.

Any notification, including this one, should be removable.
