Phone book does not launch dailer or spacebar.

The Phone Book app while letting me add new contacts, refuses to launch the dailer or spacebar. Calls in the dialer do work in PMOS however.

In the console it says Unable to detect a web browser to launch 'tel:##########'

And:

Unable to detect a web browser to launch 'sms:##########'
