First run wizard shows no found APN's, only giving the user the option to add one manually

Quite user-unfriendly this way. After closing the wizard I have to go to cellular settings and click the autodetect button in the APN list before it finds anything. The wizard should really automatically autodetect (why is the button in the settings even there at all?) it.
