startupfeedback: When holding any button in the top drawer to go to the settings, a splash screen for that KCM will open for a split second before it disappears and you just see the desktop till the settings are loaded

This makes you think, for a moment, that the settings are not loading at all till it suddenly appears. I can reproduce this almost constantly.
