kcms/wifi: Pressing the Wi-Fi toggle does toggle Wi-Fi but the switch doesn't update it's state unless you press it another time

Pressing it that second time doesn't toggle it again, it only updates the UI. The third time it will toggle again, but again not update the UI until you press it a fourth time.
