lockscreen: Unexpected down swipe effect when turning on

I'm certain it was introduced in !517 (merged).

When turning on the screen, the default view with clock + date is like at the top of the screen and go down during the first 0.5 seconds. It doesn't happend when you turn off/turn on without entering your password.
