homescreen: User changes in the homescreen settings are not permanently saved

Changing for example the Home Screen -> Show labels on favorites bar and Favorites Bar -> Show background settings in the Homescreen Settings page only works until the next system reboot.

Once the system is rebooted, any changes in the page are reverted to their default setting. (Any changes to other settings in the Settings page are permanently saved, but I don't think Homescreen Settings is a part of those settings, since the page only seems accessible via the home screen view.)

I'm on Pinephone postmarketOS v24.06, so I should be using Plasma Mobile v6.0.5.
