Initialstart accepts timezone setting but clock isn't updated

Hi, this is seen in plasma-mobile 6.1.5 on Mobian... I hope I haven't forgotten any dependency!

At the initialstart, I set my timezone, it seems to get accepted (it gets selected and I am allowed to proceed to the following page), but clock isn't changed.
