[homescreen] Add mechanism to switch homescreens

Since homescreen components have been extracted out into a component, it is now possible to create more homescreen types. We need a mechanism (kcm?) to be able to switch out the homescreen containment.

Perhaps we can have homescreens available as KPackages?
