[keyboard] If keyboard is open, only half screen is used for app in landscape mode

I can reproduce this with images all the way back from Beta 3 (updated to current stable branch) up to at least yesterdays dev image.
Simple to reproduce.
- Be in portrait orientation.
- Open any app that has a text input field.
- Mark the text input field in the app to get the keyboard to show.
- Turn phone to landscape orientation.
Gets fixed when rotating back to portrait orientation.
