This abstracts out parts of the kscreenlocker theme so that an SDDM theme can be made. There are some extra UI components needed to be implemented, such as the user switcher and session switcher combobox.

Any UI design suggestions are welcome, not sure exactly sure how to layout the user switcher.

I've been testing with this command: sddm-greeter-qt6 --test-mode --theme ~/kde/src/plasma-mobile/sddm-theme
