hard-coded URL for connectivity check

Hi,

implementing KDE desktops for a large enterprise environment, we noticed that plasma-nm uses its own, hard-coded URL for connectivity checks and does not incorporate the according "uri" setting from NetworkManager. This imposes a "privacy issue" and I wonder if this is something already in someone's drawer waiting for check-in, or else something that would be considered a valid contribution?
