applet: Focus enterprise Wi-Fi credentials

When connecting to an enterprise Wi-Fi network from the Networks applet, the connection editor currently opens on its first tab, requiring additional navigation before credentials can be entered.

Open the Wi-Fi tab and focus the username field for the selected authentication method, allowing users to start entering their credentials immediately.
