kded: Don't show default sink OSD when coming frm no sink

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/spurious-default-change into master

When switching TTY, it seems the default sink becomes null, resulting in a change OSD whenever you switch back to the desktop.

Conveniently also handles the initial startup case.

Now sometimes I get a volume change displayed instead when I return from TTY though...
