applet/ListItemBase: switch icon to view-more-symbolic

The applet currently has a lot of hamburger menus. Semantically, we typically use hamburger menu for app-wide menus, not for item-specific menus, where we typically opt for the three-dot/kebab variant.

This change switches the menu to view-more-symbolic, which is the three-dot menu.
