Improve presentation of PulseAudio errors and their translations

  • Word the error messages to be consistent in structure with one another
  • Wrap the technical error messages in a more user-comprehensible text
  • Advise rebooting as a cure-all for audio problems
  • Add translation context
  • Add translation domain where necessary
  • Show even more technical error message from PulseAudio if we have it
  • Use fancy apostrophes
