plasma phone shell doesn't work anymore with wl-shell
Potentially desktop shell also wouldn't work and given it is deprecated best is to start using xdg-shell-6 already
Although with xdg-shell-v6 placement stratgey maximize doesn't work anymore, figure out if it is kwin issue or the qtwayland.
