Fix visually unbalanced rowheights

David Redondo requested to merge work/davidre/fixrowheights into master

Due to a upstream bug (QTBUG-133562) qqc2-desktop-style will assign an inset to the delegates. Let's force it to 0 since we have a custom background anyways.
