page/EditablePage: round heightForContent down

heightForContent is used to size the contents to fit the page size, in particular for tables. However, it can be in fractional pixels (in particular if globalToolBarItem.height is fractional). This can lead to the page being scrollable by part of a pixel, while the content table itself is scrollable, and a pointless scrollbar.

Instead, always round heightForContent down.
