Otherwise the message saying "Unable to close the vault because it
is being used by [thing]" can be elided before [thing] can be printed,
      which is extremely frustrating.

[applet] Add "Show in File Manager" action when opened · 2f5288a8
      Nate Graham authored
After recent changes to the actions, when you open a vault, there is no
standalone action to show it in a file manager. Normally this is not
needed if you use the "Unlock and Open" action, but if you use that and
then close it by mistake, or use the "Unlock" action that does not
automatically spawn a file manager window, it may not be obvious how to
      actually get to the vault.

Accordingly, this commit adds a standalone "Show in File Manager" action
that appears in the expanded view, but only when the vault is currently
      unlocked.

Don't rely on the delegate to auto-size, as this is not reliable and can
      cause a binding loop.

[Applet] Simplify actions and improve defaults · 6b1eac7a
      Nate Graham authored
Right now the default action is to unlock the vault but not show it in
the file manager, which is a valid use case but probably not the best
default. Most of the time when you open your vault, you want to somehow
directly interact with its contents. Accordingly, "Unlock and Open" is
made the default action, and "Unlock" (without showing" is made a
non-default action in the expanded actions view.

Additionally, the "Lock Forcefully" and "Unlock" actions are made
mutually exclusive such that only one is showing, because the other is
always irrelevant, depending on the state of the vault.
