Adapt content to suit Plasma Mobile

We need to adapt the content to support Plasma Mobile's differences from Plasma Desktop:

• Doesn't support Activities
• Doesn't support Vaults
• Doesn't use the Overview effect
• The text explaining KRunner needs to be reworded (PlaMo uses an embedded Milou widget that is accessed through a touch gesture)
• KDE Connect text is desktop-specific and needs to be reworded
• The apps list needs to show different mobile-friendly apps
• PlaMo uses a different settings application (plasma-settings)
