Plasma 6 donators list

Our Plasma 6 release requires the donators page to include a list of people who donated.

I intend to implement this as a layer on the 'Support Your Freedom' page.

My initial thoughts for design are description text thanking donators, and a scrolling (if needed) list of names, arranged in columns, alphabetically down and then across:
