Make size of plasmoid uniform to that of systray element

When you place the media player plasmoid on the panel it is abnormally large. See issue 422736: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=422736 This MR fixes that and makes the size of the plasmoid identical to that of the popup in the system tray.
