Send notification reply untargeted again
It behaves differently from the other notification signals and can cause issues with applications should they be using multiple DBus connections like Telegram
Got asked this by telegram who want to use to glib dbus stuff and mix qt dbus and that and got issues because of this. Can we have this in 5.18 and 5.19 please, too.
