Fixes the mount state not being correct for optical media.
Not 100% sure since the original dataengine code also had an else if, however, in the original code it didn’t do anything with mount state there. In the new code mount state is updated in response to setupDone/teardownDone.
It does fix the “mount and open” and “mount” actions showing with a mounted CD for me, though.
