applets/kicker: Use kmenuedit for editing applications
Part of plasma-desktop#140 (closed), requires kmenuedit!35 (merged).
Instead of opening the file properties dialog, invoke kmenuedit with the application pre-selected.
Reason for the change
Open our bespoke menu editor instead of the more generic and potentially confusing file properties dialog.
Test plan
- Right-click Kickoff → Edit Applications…
- Right-click application in Kickoff → Edit Application…
